Usage
Netra basti is an eye treatment given by a therapist or doctor by pouring warm medicinal ghee or clarified butter into a ring of dough that is placed around the eyes. The eyes are rhythmically opened and closed. It is very effective in treating eye diseases and poor or blurred vision. It relieves eyestrain and helps restore vision.
