Dashmool kwath is a unique composition of 10 roots, traditionally used in Ayurveda. This combination is used to balance Vata and Kapha doshas. The product can also be used as an enema, according to Ayurvedic applications.
Usage
As a tea. Take 1 teaspoon Dashmool kwath a big cup of boiled water. Let this stand 3-6 minutes with a lid and sieve the tea.
Dashmool Kwath can also be used as an enema. Dilute 2 tablespoons of Dashmool with 1 liter of water, add water with mineral water, this is the warm temperature. Dashmool is heated to body temperature. Dashmool kwath will preferably last for three more consecutive days.
